 How to choose the best RV water filter? 
 
 Microns - All RV water filter sellers will list the micron rating to show the smallest size of particles that will filter out, the smaller the micron rating, the more particles will keep out. 
 
 Flow Rate - Smaller micron rating isn't always better, because they need to take out more particles, which will reduce the water pressure. To ensure there is little or no flow loss, a filter with a higher micron rating or a larger pump is required. 
 
 Lifespan - It should work through the whole camping season.
